AEW's been cooking the last couple of months. Ironically, in a near reverse of this time last year, MJF's stories are kind of the only thing falling flat

 

I was going to comment this. I know he's had the beard for a while now, but I have to do a double take every time he shows up because my brain can't automatically register that he has normal facial hair now.

 

Well that wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. No Okada out of the gate makes sense, but I fully expected Kenny to show up and win the gauntlet and take AEW back from Mox.

MJF needs to go film more movies and come back in a year. Very burnt out on him

 

He's becoming the new Jericho Vortex. Like, even with this JJ story being adjacent to the title story, its clearly so walled off.

 

Write a movie for him to star in.

 

Currently manifesting Black resigning and Big E being cleared and them both starting up that feud they started right before Black was released without mentioning the 3 or so years gap inbetween. Just pretending it's been happening the whole time.
