Other than his Chicago debut, I'm pretty sure his promo segments have never opened a show instead of a match - but I could be wrong?

 

Danielson/Garcia 2 opens, CM Punk promo is the second segment. Putting my money down on that

 

start with punk promo
then have the danielson/garcia match: have the deciding pin/sub at the top of the second hour
women's match/segment

end with the return of omega in the 6 man tag.
EDIT: like the idea of cutler being third until all out, tho.
