Im assuming Seth still gets a match, and maybe Sami still gets involved with the Roman thing, but yeah...that list has 3-4 guys who are more interesting contenders than Brock. And all are much more interesting opponents for Lashley than the same Lashley/Theory feud as MITB when Theory hasnt won a match since then

 

Alvarez the other day was speculating that Seth will face Dolph lol, he did come off like he was told some backstage stuff but he definitely made it clear he wasn't reporting it as actual news.

 

Would be absolutely hilarious if thats the route they went. Its like when he was the surprise #30 to a big wet fart of a reaction

I’d pop mega. I also had a fleeting thought of not just Bayley returning, but Charlotte and Sasha all showing up at the end of the Bianca and Becky match in some capacity. Becky is the only 4HW currently on TV, right?

Gargano would be cool, too. But I think AEW has perhaps made folks too expectant of surprise returns/debuts, so I’m tempering expectations.
