Eh, they already sold out a 14k+ venue for the event; they'll get plenty of PPV buys no matter who the champ is. You dont book this with Forbidden Door in mind in any way...you book it for who carries the belt into All Out.

It can't just be booked with only themselves in mind though, NJPW is sharing the card and they're going to want someone like a Moxley in that spot, especially if Tana is being used to put that person over.

You basically create a scenario where Eddie or Miro or someone of that stature is NEVER winning the belt
