I’m annoyed there’s no Trish/Becky and Raquel/Rhea. Was honestly excited for both. The battle royal is so dumb and not needed.

 

I know they feel Ronda is important, especially now that she seems to be out, but…she’s not important.

 

Impact and NXT have no problems with their divisions. Main roster WWE and AEW are just largely booked like crap.

 

Not to mention it’s a joke that the battle royal has maybe your most over guy in it as well

 

They got her too wrapped up in whatever Dom is doing…. But it’s really good.

I know there’s a gap in between but I can’t believe she was in WWE for over 5 years now

I feel like they could have wrapped up the Trish feud earlier & focused on Rhea/Becky. They’ve done well at keeping her around the main event scene with JD but that’s only because they haven’t built up any opponents for her. They had a chance with Raquel but started the feud too late.

That and they were teasing her turning babyface when she was fighting Charlotte & quickly reverted her to being Dom’s sidepiece.

 

Only 5? Feels like she’s been around stinking it up for like 15. I’ll be so glad when she’s gone (hopefully permanently)

Very wild and random thought that I actually don’t even like myself but I wonder if SummerSlam ends with Cody turning heel and costing Jey the match.

Cody wants to be the one that ends the Reign, jealous that Jey is about to do it so he snaps and interferes. Cody of course then feuds with Jey for the following 2 months or so, maybe even leads to a triple threat match for the title.

Definitely not gonna happen (I haven’t watched anything WWE for what feels like forever but I assume Cody is still as face as a face can be) since Cody, Seth and Drew seem to be the only faces (KO and Sami and Uso’s too) and I don’t think Cody would ever agree to be a heel? Seems to not ever be something he wants to be, but would continue the storyline.

(note: would be fine with Jey winning, like I said this was just a super random thought on a boring Tuesday at work).

Wes Lee turning heel? The matches him and Melo have would be insane

 

I'd prefer the roles to be reversed but they'll have a banger anyway. Wes is the logical choice to be the next champion.
