I know I say this all the time but even though I really enjoy matches like that I just kinda hate how there will be like 10 moves that look way more brutal and should end the match than the finisher. Also Vikingo’s gear kinda looked like he was a server at a restaurant

Was actually just remembering that Daniel Garcia was teased to them a while back...not sure I see Takeshita as a heel, but Garcia ditching JAS to follow Danielson back to BCC feels about right. Especially if they cost him a match vs Cole

Though its wild, nearly every AEW veteran is a heel right now, and all the young guys (basically Hobbs aside) are the faces trying to supplant them

I think Vikingo/Omega might've ousted Ospreay/Omega as my MOTY. Goddamn it was incredible.

 

I'm so excited knowing that he still has this left in the chamber.

 

I know some people will piss on the "flippy shit" as they always have. But Vikingo's offence is so damn impactful compared to some of the high flying of the recent past. Half of the moves look like they're going to legitimately murder the opponent (and himself).

That does remind me, I think I'm glad that Adam Cole is getting his own space to tell his return story, rather than also wrapping him into the Elite story. Even if there's some juice left to squeeze there.

 

If they play this right, Cole could quickly become a believable contender for MJF's title.

 

Yeah, with the pop he's getting now after his absence, it's easy to forget that fans had kinda grown tired of the schtick before his injury. So they definitely need to capitalize on that. But he's such a likeable guy, he really can be a good babyface when he needs to be.

 

Warrior Wrestling is airing their next show for free on Saturday. Includes Vikingo vs Arez. Which should be excellent as expected.

 

Lashley vs Knight is the backup plan if no Bray at Mania.
