that is what I was thinking too, as much as acclaimed/FTR would have been dope I think you can also tell a pretty good storyline with FTR finally winning the AEW tag belts off of the corny ass boys whenever they return

 

I haven’t watched yet but the Acclaimed are the most over thing in AEW. How do you do that

 

the billy hell tease was the best thing about that match, I was just on the couch and saw him picking up Bowen and im just like OH NO

Im fine with a genuine swerve everyone once and a while...and I guess theoretically if they want FTR to be faces and win the belts, facing The Gunns does that without turning The Acclaimed.

But real odd choice to potentially cool off your hottest act while your main event champ isnt filling the time

 

Just catching up to it, but that Cody/Heyman promo is some next level stuff. Truly amazing how much better Cody works in WWE doing that style of story that just doesnt quite flow in AEW.

And Heyman, my god, to go from choked up to delivering that absolute dagger at the end.

 

Was surprised they didn’t run South Florida before the Jericruise but I’m hyped.

How long are the shows typically? They film for the youtube shows too right?

 

I really want this to be real but I'm definitely taking some random FB wrestling page post with a massive grain of salt.

 

Yeah they film Elevation before Dynamite. With Rampage, the show runs until 11.

this is a wild visual. Is Adam Cole back? He takes up more space than MJF, your world champion, and MJF doesn’t even have the title in that image (I don’t think I see titles anywhere).

not saying the champ always has to be front and center in every image - definitely better to mix it up but for some reason this caught my eye

I just wanna say the Gunn Club's theme is so fucking banging and I welcome it every time I hear it.

 

Is it just me or does The Gunns theme song sound like a song out of a Sega Genesis metroidvania style of game?

 

YES the first time I heard it I was like this sounds like it's from a video game. I remember when they first debuted it I was nodding my head and reading the confused comments online thinking you'll soon come to know this magnificent song .
