I love the Sami Stuff

 

I mean AEW does this a lot too

 

I like the story, it’s just the match itself was boring. I think the biggest problem was usually every war games everyone gets their moment to shine. There weren’t any spectacular spots or nobody that went on a tear, like when Alexander Wolfe was the secret MVP of the first one or the crazy Ricochet spots. The match itself felt very “royal rumble style” fighting.

 

I guess they're trying to think of a better exit plan than "Sami gets kicked out of Bloodline, loses to Roman & casted off to the midcard forever."

 

The end goal is still probably KO and Sami winning the tag titles from the Usos

 

Sami giving Jey the moment to shine was chef’s kiss

sure there were no high spots and flips in the match but the story telling and psychology was 10/10

most I’ve been invested in a match since Hangman/Omega last year

 

Sure, but we've been getting Jey/Sami tension for what, 4-5 months now? Sami's been taking bullets for them for the same amount of time.

Dont doubt they'll pull the turn at the Rumble, but, its hard to figure out how they get 2 more months out of this until then.

 

Feels almost inevitable that we get Sami/KO reforming at the Montreal PPV.

 

Sure that’s fair but we get the same amount of tension in certain feuds on AEW too

I think this storyline is progressing seamlessly

 

I do appreciate Papa H ending the show at a decent hour. Tony should take inspiration for that

 

I didn't watch but the Austin Theory coming out to a Beyblades commercial for his titantron might be the funniest thing that has ever happened in professional wrestling.

 

Yeah the crowd really didn't care for anything in that main event outside of Sammy and KO

Really fun show. The storytelling is so damn good with Sami/Bloodline/KO

 

It was more of a peripheral story until about September (sometime post Brock feud), but I think they were going to have Roman turn on him earlier until Sami became the highlight of the show & they’re going to milk that until he gets go away heat.

 

It's monthly shows (sometimes less than a month) versus a quarterly show.

 

Wrestling shows (no matter how frequent) should not go until 12 AM eastern time

 

I mean I am a self centered east coaster too but that's plenty reasonable for 75% of the rest of the country lol, otherwise you are talking about a 4PM western start time (if you're considering a 7 PM eastern start time)

 

Again, it's 4 shows a year. Midnight on a saturday is fine.

 

West coast has it nice man

 

I’m just so tired, even on a Saturday it’s a struggle to get to 11 PM central time lol

 

Haha I feel you hard on that. I legitimately prepare for PPV nights all day in order to stay up late hahaha

 

I just wish they had their own network
