How was the show last night? Worth a watch?

I've never seen any of his stuff before NXT, but I can't get past the "why?" of cashing in on a TV show that ended 7 years ago with some laughably bad couple of seasons towards the end. I don't get it. And Mauro referencing his dark passenger doesn't help.

 

Personally, if Io and Charlotte go one-on-one for the title next (which would be in line with typical WWE booking), and Io wins, then I think that Charlotte winning the title and how everything played out is totally fine. It perhaps hurt Rhea in the short term, and does feel like they cut her momentum a bit, but I think it's clear that the company is super high on her, the fans love her, and that she can pretty easily be elevated back to where she was a couple months ago with some big wins on any of the brands.

It's amazing they haven't run this as a storyline where someone from the main roster mouths off on twitter, gets into a twitter beef with an NXT locker room leader, and boom, match.

 

That would make too much sense

Lol that was shockingly quick even by WWE’s standards

 

I don't get how WWE fucks so many things up, but them you have a guy like Byron Saxton who shows up on screen maybe 5 times a year and it's always some small but hilarious bit that he plays perfectly.

 

And they skunked the iiconics just a few days before we’re supposed to take them seriously in a triple threat title match
