Sammy’s gimmick coming into AEW was whatever but he’d always torn it down when I saw matches of him pre-AEW and he continued. He is so good at comedic timing I feel like people don’t give him credit for being on of the best workers on the roster. Incredibly versatile imo.

Wasn’t there some backstory like whoever won the house couldn’t keep it or something like that? I know that happens a lot with those kind of shows/giveaways. But I’m all for the house set.

 

so i actually sent the same post to a friend that i wanted them to give away a house and then did some research. seems like in order to receive the prize, you have to pay taxes is up front. so its possible (and completely reasonable) for the winner to not accept the house. i dont know the details behind the house they gave away at the first in your house, but wouldnt be surprised if it wasn't too far off from that
