i dont disagree but what prompted this?

 

I feel like it’s not getting announced as a way to get everyone to tune in on Saturday

 

I mean, it is kinda silly to look at ratings during a pandemic, but satin has also been so much of a WWE homer since getting signed

 

satin is a dweeb but also alvarez might be the worst journalist/analyst in the world

 

Its the problem with arguing "the MNF game was good" or "it was up against a debate" for each ratings drop...right now all their competition is doing just fine. But because they (very reasonably) cant produce new content, their in the same shit sports channels are with declining viewers.

Though, the biggest thing WWE had going for them for years was they were a constant, every week. If people develop new routines...there's a real question if they come back. I cant say I had anything to look forward to on the main roster

 

All wrestling media’s are dweebs. Like, across the board they are all absolute buffoons to an extreme level.

Note: I don’t consider @Mick wrestling media because he interviews celebs from all walks of life, so he’s exempt from this.

 

@Mick actually got tickets to the Mania tapings and will be the lone person in the crowd this weekend

 

i am totally disinterested in critical analysis of wrestling. idk why. i love critical analysis of films/tv/games but that kind of shit applied to music and wrestling do nothing for me.

i love wrestling historian/retrospective stuff a whole bunch tho

 

Alvarez is the only one I truly enjoy and respect, idk why but I just do

 

I don’t understand why people like Sam (and others) are so obsessed with being on shitty pre shows and shouting silly canned lines. Other than getting to hangout with the crew and getting a nice inside look at a ppv, what are they getting exactly? Do they get paid that much for a one time gig? How can anyone have any integrity or credibility when they’re being paid by the company they’re supposed to be critical of and are afraid they’ll never get invited to another crappy pre-show panel if they shit on something?
