So week 6 was the only close week so far

 

i'm glad they changed it up this week on dynamite. Went more with promos, getting guys over in squash matches, but i actually thought this was my least favorite dynamite so far. A lot of slopiness throughout the night in terms of wrestling, announcing, promo work.

MJF/Jericho were the highlights, but nothing else really stood out to me. Strong opening for Moxley too.


haha what happend with that Pete Avalon promo "Nashville tennessee, the home of some musicians. Aldean, Cash...." and then that's it. haha wait did i miss something? was there supposed to be something heelish their?

didn't care for that ending for SCU/Jericho Sammy match either.

Oh well. It's a wrestling show i actually look forward to watching every week so that's a win

 

I loved the approach in terms of setting up new stories. Far too often, the WWE approach is "lets repeat 1/2 the PPV", and so nothing ever moves on.

Starting with Omega not cleared, followed by Mox in a squash and that promo setting up Darby is a perfect way to keep things moving. And Jericho taking his first loss is a good way to set up some cracks in the Inner Circle. Even the way they set up Private Party was solid.

I think it helps that their PPVs are spread out, but its good to see them actually reset after a PPV and logically advance stories rather than just repeat things month-to-month

 

Is all of this going to result in a massive tag match of the inner circle vs the elite?
