Do all the writers and staff get insurance and travel stuff taken care of?

In the hypothetical situation the wrestlers became employees. Would they then be able to simply hand in a months notice? I know here, an employees contract has to have a notice period written in to it.

 

My writer buddy got injured and the insurance wouldn't have covered the procedure so they had him listed as in ring talent. I think he paid $80 for a $10K procedure. I'm fairly certain that they take care of everyone medically. Reports of that kind of stuff feels like it is probably pretty dated.
