Just glad the real Rock n Rolla is back

 

Maybe war games is UE and Finn vs DIY Lee Dijakovic and Dream?

 

What I like is there’s so many ways it can go and they make sense because so many storylines intersect. You can throw riddle in there and I makes sense. And if you do that you can have killian and that makes sense. But then you can have Pete dunne. And hey he needs backup so here comes BSS. That’s all I’ve ever wanted from the main roster. Instead it’s like everyone exists in a vacuum

 

Yeah the NXT ending was dope

 

They seemed to write off Dream for a decent bit. Maybe they'll hold off the Finn/Gargano singles match...but there's no Takeover scheduled after this one, so that feels like it'd be a lock for it.

They've kind of got a setup going for British Strong Style v Dain/Priest/Grimes...but that doesnt feel anywhere near big enough. Women could almost pull it off (Shanya, henchwomen, Io v Candice, Team Kick + Rhea)...but thats putting a LOT on Io to carry the heel team spots.

Incredible NXT.

Finn is so much better as a heel.

 

Dynamite. So good. They make it look so easy to put on a decent wrestling show.
- SCU HAS to win the titles. From the very beginning of AEW these were the guys that stood out and i think they would make a great first tag team champion. Dark order sucks. Private Party vs Lucha had some sloppy moments but still great. LOVED how they started the episode like that. WWE could learn a thing or two about doing small little things to make an episode seem different.
- Middle stuff with Cody/Jericho and the brawl was A+ stuff. Perfect.
- A couple great matches in between.
- Good Brit Baker showcase.
- frustrating but understandable draw for ambrose/neville.

Only complaint. Maybe toss in a quicker match just to change it up. But again, another great show.

now time to watch NxT

 

NxT. GREAT! better than last week. I've realized that Fandango might be my favorite wrestler of all time. Grimes sucks. Someone tell the horsewomen to stop yelling like that, too goofy. Putting the cruiserweights on NxT permanently makes sense. And that's...that's a good ending. That's a good ending.

God damn poor Asuka/Kairi. Honestly, if they're putting the women tag belts in NxT, then obviously I hope asuka/kairi drop them right away. Can't believe the women tag titles couldn't even make it ONE YEAR on the main roster. Pathetic.

 

The women’s tag titles was a bad idea right now.

I mean things have come a long way, and it’s great. But the roster just isn’t large enough to support it.

It's funny that Swerve was just a injury replacement and got himself the fuck over. Love when guys step up like Ali.

 

I dont think that's it at all. When Bayley/Sasha announced them, they said they'd defend them everywhere, including NXT. They're just finally paying that off.

If the main roster doesnt have enough women to make it work, wait til you see the NXT roster which is like 6 women

 

There’s so many fantastic women wrestlers out there yet they’re all spread so thin. The thoughts of all of them in one big division is amazing.
