I could've sworn on the prichard podcast bruce would always say how Vince would let people out of their contract if they weren't happy.

He might be over exaggerating and it might depend on the wrestler but it seems Vince has changed a lot at an old man.

 

the instance of this i heard was on the Rob Van Dam episode about his departure in the mid-00's. they had no competition at that point whatsoever so I'm sure the mindset was more lax. it's still an awful picture to paint for underutilized workers and potential signees

 

But I even heard about people like million dollar man, Bobby heenan, big bossman if I'm not mistaken.

Their merch is so fucking bad I wind up buying leftover Pro Wrestling Tees stock from people's indy days.

 

I highly doubt the average fan is concerning themselves with who Vince McMahon is aligned with when they're looking to buy a wrestling shirt.

 

What? That's not the point I'm making? They don't have to be concerned with who he's aligned with to be afraid to spend any money they have left over on frivolous things like wwe merchandise because of what's going on in the rest of the world?

 

But yea, the shirts are very generic and bland. I agree that PWT seems to have better designs.
