NXT has been Wednesdays for forever anyway haha

 

I stand corrected on the 24/7 title and Mike/Maria by the way...this Monday angle was garbage. Mike just randomly pinning his wife was not the way they needed to go at all...

Also, LOL at them throwing the womens tag team match on RAW instead of the PPV. They really hate those belts

 

Are they going to go live on Wednesdays? I imagine the pre-taped would still work just to keep some fans away...but, I also dont see how WWE could possibly run 3 live TV shows a week.

More concerned with what happens if fite tv is purchased by wwe. That’d be a game changer.

 

Not down with WWE buying Fite at all. Not down for them trying to monopolize the wrestling business again and it really doesnt even hurt AEW. It hurts the small indie business's than anything.

 

Just came back from the Harm's Way/Jesus Piece show.

 

Also, them mentioning Marty in any capacity brings me hope.

 

NXT being two hours and moving off the network is such a bad idea

If they really want to fight AEW, move Sami, Cedric, Gargano, Ali, Bryan and Finn to 205 Live and have that be the Wednesday Night Show.

 

Yeah I don't feel good about it but this is also time for us to see what Haitch can do with that type of space and environment.

 

It could definitely work. But I'm certainly worried. NXT is such a perfect product right now -- easy to keep up with every week, just enough characters you don't get bored with anyone but only a few people feel like they get lost in the shuffle, PPVs that are the perfect length... why mess with perfect?

Someone is fighting with me about how WWE buying Fite won’t hurt anyone and I’m sitting here like “how!?!!!?”

 

Its possible WWE and Fite did have meetings, but it didn't come to fruition...or maybe Meltzer is trying to scare his base. But Fite responded

 

This might be my most anticipated match this weekend.

We can’t complain that NXT is too full and people don’t get to feature and then be weary that it’s moving to two hours long. This is just going to get more screen time — presumably, unless it becomes like raw and smack down — to more guys and that is a good thing in my book.

 

Yeah if HHH still stays running things and they don’t change how the show is run/produced I think it will be good. Like you said, fit a few more people on there. Keep it a wrestling show and not like raw and smackdown. I mean it kinda sucks that here’s another hour I’m sitting to watch wrestling this week. But on the other hand, here’s another hour im sitting to watch good wrestling this week!

 

I love having more NXT, but I fear it won't do that well. FS1 isnt that great of a network to be on and I see a lot of casual fans being too burnt out to watch it. 7 hours of wrestling a week excluding AEW is too much for even diehard WWE fans. I for one will be watching AEW live and watch NXT on DVR. Competition is great for the industry and after how stale WWE has been I want to support the diversification of the wrestling industry.

 

What are all the indie shows happening this weekend?

 

So don’t add on more time and just reallocate time away from raw and smack down for it. That’s my plan. I’d rather watch the same amount of wrestling currently and just change what it is I am watching.

Kinda wanna watch ROH tonight cause I'm bored and the card looks ok. Then I remember how awful ROH has been lately and how much I hate Taven.
