These shows are just like clips shows. You know nothing is really going to happen, so there's no point watching it. It may have brought back a few lapsed casual fans, but I highly doubt it'll bring others back.

I mean, who the fuck wants to see the Boogieman in 2019??

the only talent on the entire show tonight that benefited from the legends shit that we will see next week was Bray Wyatt

 

when does talent ever benefit from anything these days?

It was more entertaining than many raws ive seen post mania

 

We've had Baron Corbin main event countless raws and youre gonna tell me this was the worst one ever

What Sami Zayn said was pretty much true.

 

Worst part of this was they had Joe and Sami cut the same promo.

Only Joe's was stupider, because he said "because of this reunion, you cant see me wrestle"...and then we proceeded to see him wrestle the longest match of the night.

 

I think the 24/7 title stuff is pretty much what it should always be, even if the execution fucking sucked. That title should be flip flopping multiple times per episode.

 

Because of the Hardcore title, isn't Raven or someone the wrestler with most WWE title wins? Maybe they want that award to go to R-Truth before he hangs em up?

This show didn’t do anything for anyone other than Bray. All it did was parade a bunch of grandpas around telling us how great they were and that we shouldn’t stop watching because we’re one big WWE family. It gave literally no reason to come back next week, and to accomplish this little when this is likely going to be their biggest audience of the year is insane. I’d take 100 Corbins over what they did last night. However, they did set up their earnings call on Thursday with “yeah, ratings have been bad, but we’ve seen some improvement over the past few weeks and this week we really feel things are getting back on track.”

 

They do this at least once a year, again, why are we acting like on normal TV they book people strong and give people pushes? They don't! At all! 50/50 booking all the fucking time with rematches of shit we have seen the past month. At least I had a little nostalgia kick (albeit its pretty worn out nostalgia since they do this shit at least once a year now). All iterations of Raw suck right now, but I just thought calling it the worse raw ever was very Beringer of you.

 

Stone cold coming out at not stunning anyone made me legitimately sad.
