Never was really into the Bellas, but strong style Nikki was pretty good

 

I think the bellas never lived to the full potential of what they could've been. Agreed that strong nikki was close....and nikki and carmela was good... but they existed in that famous women's era when no one was a face or heel (remember that!)

 

Next picture should be Drake getting pinned

 

The Bellas problems were always their booking. They had a spot in the women's division, but it was NEVER at the top of the card, and that's where creative always put them.

Nikki Bella is actually good.

Braun and Drake are the odd couple I never knew I needed until now.

 

If Lio didn't fuck up a tag match feud between Braun/Drake and Bob/Lio would have been fun

 

Let's not pretend that Nikki wasn't the worst Bella twin for their first WWE run. Back then Brie was the one people thought could be good, even though Nikki always had the title matches. But Nikki evolved and improved and her sister didn't. Which I think ended up hurting her solo career. They were always tied together.

 

Oh fuck. Maxel taking that gold.

 

Brie was pretty good at selling. If you could combine them together they would have made a hell of a wrestler. And don’t forget Brie was Divas champ way before Nikki also.

I have nothing bad to say about the Bellas. In the short times I’ve interacted with them, they have come off as really sincere and genuine. And I think they have shown they don’t have the acting chops to fake that. (Only bad thing I’ll say)

 

Oh no she sucked for a while but by the end she was very good. Unfortunately for her by then it was too late with how stacked the roster was.

 

This is the first time any of us have said something remotely positive about the Bella's in ring stuff


They are fantastic human beings, in my experience they were awful workers.

Tonight’s drink specials

 

16 dollars what a steal!

 

Some thoughts on tonight’s NXT house show.

- Dream was over as shit. He did the weakest looking lionsault ever. He’s still a star. I’m glad Kona Reeves wears pants now.

- Kushida won me over. Had a good match against Cameron grimes.

- Reina Gonzales got some good heel heat. Wouldn’t mind seeing more of her.

- Raul Mendoza was awesome. He lost to Punishment, who I am sad to share a last name with. And the stupid I’m pretending to shoot an arrow thing is stupid.

- Forgotten Sons vs Street Profits was actually a really good match. Street profits did schtick for like 10 minutes after the bell rang but before there was any contact. The crowd loved it.

- Riddick Moss teams with Dan Matha now and they have some weird manager? Dan Matha is fuckin huge. ACH and Keith Lee answered the open challenge in a fun match.

- Shayna defended against Jessi Kamea in what should have been a squash match but was actually competitive. Shayna was cheered like she was Becky Lynch and everyone in the crowd was either wearing Shayna shirts or undisputed era shirts. They cheered at all the heel tactics and even cheered when she delivered a post match beat down.

- Adam Cole vs Matt Riddle was a short but amazing spotfest of a match. I hope we get this as a long term feud. It was so good but probably didn’t go longer than 10 minutes.

 

The madman fucking did it.

 

I'm so glad they have so much creative freedom.

 

we are somehow alive to bask in the glory of Truth, Drake, Orange Cassidy, and Chuck Taylor all at the same time.

Drake's wife is a goddamn hero for being cool with that, and the office has to love Drake's attitude
