omfg you guys have the opposite gender versions of the same face

 

finished Raw after seeing mostly positive reactions, was pretty good. watching last weeks NXT and Kushida/Gulak was real cool. six man tag is great as expected. when did they film this? doesn't seem like it was ahead of Takeover like most of these.

Really? That’s interesting. I guess I’m so checked out of the main roster that I don’t particularly care when they go up at this point to be ruined. I just view it as a TV show writing off a character I really like. There’s still so much awesome talent in NXT, I couldn’t imagine NOT being invested in it, because the matches are always so good.

 

I think I also started watching again in 2011, my guitarist and his brother were really into it and would be watching every time I came over to practice on Monday.

 

there was a time where i didnt watch a single raw for like 2 months (before brand split even) i don't remember when that was or what the reason was, but we've had major lull's in the past. We all get pretty hyperbolic about wrestling all the time. I think this is the most directionless product in a long long time....but we've seen worse. To me, the lack of reigns has helped and that era, especially the reigns vs authority stuff. Plus we have firefly funhouse, so that's really helping a lot.

Right now, there's not many people on television that REALLY offends me. Shane definitely (although i do like revival with shane) but other than that, there's not that much crap.

I mean on paper if I told you the champions were Seth Rollins, Kofi Kingston, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Becky Lynch, Bailey, Iconics, Revival, D-Bry/Rowan... the first thing i'd hope you would tell me is "that's too many champions" but other than that you would most likely say "damn, good champs".

 

I would not say that’s too many champions. I’m a firm believer in more belts I guess than most people in here. But when the company “lulled” in the past I still watched. Now I just read this thread and my girlfriend and myself have not watched even Hulu Raw since, like, February.

 

I still enjoy watching NXT and it's incredible wrestling and story telling - I just don't get super invested in the actual wrestlers anymore.

 

also Roman Reigns has been fucking awesome since he's come back - his mic work are improved ten fold and he's just walking around like the ass kicker we need him to be.

that's one of the few things creative has done right recently - the booking of Reigns has been pitch perfect.

Oh I don't watch the main roster at all. I keep up with it by reading reactions but I don't care about watching it. It's not my kind of thing. I'm more annoyed regarding the horrible way they've been bringing people up. Black and Ricochet go out as part of a tag team, War Raiders just giving up the titles. Heavy Machinery not even getting a chance. Stuff like that. It's just gotten to me. I think it's moreso just general malaise towards the company as a whole but yeah I'm currently down on NXT unfortunately.

 

This Shane stuff could be improved by dropping the whole best in the world thing and make it more like corporation 2.0. Buuut, how do you do that without making it Authority 2.0
