Y’all jaded. Nothing will top Becky standing tall as mania closes as champ. Yes I will mark our as hard for Kofi if he wins but give me becky as champ to end mania.

 

I’ve been waiting for a Kofi championship win for so long that nothing would top that for me. I get the triple threat match still headlining but nothing on that show would come close to that moment for me.

Agreed. I think the match will be worth the main event.

Hell, they still have enough time to correct the story.

 

Besides Wrestlemania, the ROH/NJPW supershow, Takeover, Impact and the Wrestlecon supershow, anything else worth checking out Wrestlemania weekend? Taking the week off of work and want to watch as much wrestling as possible haha

 

pretty much everything either apart of WWN or whatever other venue has a bunch of shows should be good.

I'm going to the late Impact show and Stardom.

 

I'm doing the wednesday night Wrestlepro show, Bloodsport, the early Wrestlepro show (if it actually exists), the late Impact show, and Takeover.

3 of those shows are the same day, haha

 

Definitely feels like they're winking at that without explicitly saying it. There were two different moments where I was like, "Wow, are they gonna acknowledge WWE's poor track record with black champions?"

 

the ZSJ of the last year, arguably two, is someone i would gladly watch on a weekly basis. he’s found the douchey character work that allows him to show charisma and emotion in the ring. CWC era ZSJ, no thank you. but he’s a very different performer now, matwork aside

 

The kofi storyline has been solid btw. I dont know if I understand the point of Owen's and Mustafa though? That seemed like a big waste of Owen's return...and Mustafa was pretty much put in the Rey mysterio rumble 30 spot. No ones gonna cheer this guy

 

Thing is, the Kofi storyline screwed up the KO return. Ali was supposed to get his big push at Elim Chamber, but fail...elevating him overall but not handing him a big WM match. Then KO steps in to fill the void for D-Bry. Ali/KO working together and Ali facing D-Bry at Fastlane may have even been the plan.

But with Kofi, it necessarily sidelines KO. And I dont see a great way of working around that

Really hope Forgotten Sons don't win dusty cup. They aren't ready yet. Give Ricochet and Black a nice sendoff and then have them do double duty by competing in a ladder match for US title or something.

also nice to see Gargano is still an asshole. Ciampa tries to play a fun prank for old times sake and you treat him like that? Guess he was right about you all along.

 

Hot take: not a single title is interesting right now aside from the WC and maybe the Raw tag titles. Barely.

 

This just in: Slade still hates the product completely, continuing his run of hating the product completely everyday for the last 7 years.
