I think botching his heel turn is what the breaking point was. Having him return as Seth's ringside partner at Summerslam...thats a weak ass return. Immediately launching into the SHIELD stuff. It was 2+ months after his return before he got anything interesting.

Dude comes back looking jacked...and his big singles wins (aside from beating Seth) were over Jinder, Tyler Breeze, and Apollo Crews.

i dont believe ambrose is leaving for half a second. Other than being flat out burned out from the business, I'm sorry to me that makes no sense. Ambrose has gotta be making a ridiculous amount of money with the wwe, he's been legit a top 5 guy ever since he's been here.

I WILL be that guy and say this is a work. He was going to give some sort of speech last night about his career and got cut off. I think this is playing into it.

 

Working for WWE is a fucking grind, I believe it.

Gotta say, I'm not excited about Lesnar Rollins at all. Rollins DBRY would be much better.

 

The WWE Chronicle is the character Ambrose wants to be. And he'll never get that with Vince in charge...where every promo is scripted to the word.

And we're talking the dude that just randomly got married at like midnight...no big Wrestlemania proposal or tabloid coverage. Who has no twitter account, who isnt advertising stuff left and right. He's probably THE guy that loves wrestling the most and would actually go do it in bingo halls if he had creative control.
