there are plenty of instances of someone competing in a regular match and then entering the Rumble later that night. it’s been less common in recent years but it used to happen all the time. with the women’s roster being comparatively thin to the mens, i wouldn’t be surprised to see Becky in it.

Dean competed in a Last Man Standing match and then was in the Final 2 at the Rumble. And people wanted him pushed over Roman by the end of it. Easily done.

Becky/Asuka makes perfect sense, especially since they already burned Naomi on SD. Could easily have another SD woman interfere, or for that matter, Becky lose in a long match. Daniel Bryan lost a few big matches before becoming Champ, and he's still on fire.
