Holiday weekend messed me up and I forgot it was Monday night last night. Completely missed Raw. Sounds like my own obliviousness saved me, though. Reading the recaps, you could convince me that I've been in a 3-year long coma.

 

DZ stacking titles forever

 

Gotta admit I marked out at the HBK/Taker segment last night. I honestly want HBK to keep his word and stay retired. He went out perfectly IMO. He'd literally be a hypocrite of everything he stated last night if he did. Also he'd look weird as hell wrestling with that short hair now.

 

So, the show starts with Finn heading out to break up a fight as instructed by Corbin and ended with KO helping out Strowman? Cool. Got it. No need to start watching main roster stuff again yet.

 

Props to taker for being able to speak for that whole promo

 

Bobby Roode and Chad Gable are a tag team now? And Drake Maverick is managing AOP? Wow...RAW is out of ideas.

Bray Wyatt is doing nothing...him looking for a new stable would have made infinitely more sense. KO just quit...him coming back with AOP in tow would have made for some nice faction warfare w/ Shield and Strowman/DZ/Drew. Im intrigued by Drew/DZ as tag champs, even if its at the expense of the Revival.

And man, the womens division has never been worse leading into Evolution. Gonna be a lot of crowd silence at that PPV

 

Actually, you know what makes a lot of sense with where the characters are but won't happen? A KO/Revival faction

 

Was thinking that too. Could have left KO off TV through HIAC and had him help them win the tag titles after

 

Kind of looks like they could make the revival faces now. I know I’ve been wanting storylines to overlap more but in a way that makes sense

 

I think for the revival to be successful, the only way is to make them underdogs so it makes perfect sense but I'm not sure what they'll do with dean and Seth so they could just really stiff arm the revival... again until like the rumble or some shit

 

You already know The Revival are gonna get a tag title shot at Drew and Dolph on TV and lose easily.

The "getting arrested (for no real reason) and somehow posting bail within 2hrs on a holiday weekend" is definitely the dumbest angle WWE could come up with.

I figured the Shield would be a hard reset on story lines, but instead they're already reversing stuff they set up last week.
