I love how the ladder match is a mix of all the different types of NXT product.

You've got the pure developmental talent in Sullivan. You've got a guy from back when NXT was a reality show who then went through WWE developmental in Dream. You've got a another guy from back when NXT was a reality show who left the company, made a name for himself, and then came back in EC3. You've got a guy who WWE plucked before they got really big on the indies in Dain. And then you've got two of the biggest indie wrestlers in Cole and Riochet. Really all you need is the "longtime industry vet" role (i.e. put Ohno in the match)
