Tonight is the first episode of the final NXT tapings before Takeover: New Orleans. Pete Dunne vs. Adam Cole for the UK title is on tonight, and the worst man in the world, Tommasso Ciampa, will speak about stuff. The entire build for the show should be real good.

if you ask me, stuff like ROH beating WWE in promotion is laughable. who here knows a single person that watches ROH weekly?

 

The awards are basically in line with my views. I think Shibata/Okada was my favorite of the year.

Seeing Kitamura as the rookie of the year made me happy.

 

New Japan isn't weekly either. It's almost like weekly is what makes WWE so shitty compared to other promotions.

 

Ring of Honor IS weekly, but not a soul i know is compelled to watch it. you not knowing that is a bit to my point.

 

It's an hour a week, on Fight TV. Much less than WWE. I'd say most fans just watch the PPVs and it is a ton of fun to watch when they are on.

i didn't defend WWE at any point, Ring of Honor has a lot of total crud too, the echo chamber is a little much for me. i can't deny NJPW being leaps and bounds better in like every respect, but Cody as champ for like ever and Punishment Martinez and Bully Ray's fake retirement garbage were really that much better?
