-Man. Lesnar no-showing everything is kinda funny, I admit. But more in a "I can't believe fans are buying into a story where the entire crux is them getting ripped off" kind of way. They are legitimately destroying any chance this feud had to entertain fans, and, of course, all in the name of getting Roman cheered.

-Roman calling somebody else "Vince's boy" is high comedy. Okay, maybe this feud can be entertaining. Just from a "this is so bad it makes me laugh" standpoint.

-Vince always seems to get brought into these stories when they are absolutely DESPERATE to get Roman over. Happened when he first won the title and it's happening again. In a vacuum, the stuff with Vince at gorilla was interesting. But in the larger context of things, it's not a good move for the next 3 weeks.

-I liked how the Bayley and Sasha stuff ended this week. But as always, it would've been 200% better if they were swapped and Sasha was the one walking away.

-I'm sure this has been said elsewhere, but the thought just occurred to me. Kid Rock at Mania with Taker.

-Cena segment was great. Like I said when it was first reported, this is gonna be a fascinating build.

-Good God. Can this Alexa/Nia build POSSIBLY be worse than their eventual match? That's the real competition here. the story vs. the match

-The Braun thing is funny, and a creative way to get him involved in Mania. I can't help but feel bad for the Revival though. They are so much better than this.

I assume Ronda's segment was last-minute cut by Vince and he just legitimately forgot she was supposed to be there every week. Hilarious but not unexpected.

and if the wwe had any balls/compassion/grapefruits/show of care... having the battle royal be in honor of CHYNA would've been the move to do. But not in a billion years, those fucking shitheads.

 

Im with you on this. As Roman stories go, this one is fascinating in a car-crash sort of way, but, they just need to turn him already and hit the reset button.

They watched her flop in 2 speaking segments in back to back weeks and realized if she spoke 3-4 more times, people might not care by WM. They should have held off on what they did the last 2 weeks...nowhere to go now except one of them wrestling, and none of them are entering the ring til Apr 8

 

feel like this Mania could be really, really great. i'm into pretty much everything announced.

 

The only thing I'm not that into is Reigns/Lesnar. Not because of Reigns, but Lesnar bores me. I hated him as a kid and I hate him now.

 

How long do you think the Roman/Brock match will be? Dont think it will main event since Taker/Cena is official now.

Can anyone see Roman winning rather quickly and then sending Brock back to UFC?

 

They might go 15/20 minutes.

I don’t think Vince will have it be some dominant one sided match for Roman.

Brock is definitely gonna go back to the UFC but if he loses one or two in a row it wouldn’t shock me if he’s back calling Vince.

 

Saw a Twitter Poll of which matches are most likely going to be UNDER 8 minutes. I'd put money on the RAW Women's, and either Tag title match.

 

Braun is the best tag team on Raw.

 

The Revival are no more Ascencion'ed than the other tag teams on Raw. This Braun thing made them all look even weaker.

 

It wouldnt have been so bad if Braun was the one that eliminated them. The Miztourage, on the other hand...

 

Braun winning that really annoyed me. I think the guy is super entertaining but damn. Same annoyance as the Elimination Chamber

 

Wish Taker would return as American badass. So he can actually lash back at Cena, speaking like a human being. Also would open the door to more appearances post-retirement and give a legit HOF speech. Those few years from 2000-2003 was some of Taker's best mic work by far.

 

They went like 12 minutes before Seth cashed in at WM31. Total match was 16mins. Id imagine about the same...though if they actually piss Brock off with this story, Id count on ~10mins

 

I agree. It would make sense with the Kid Rock induction too. It would also make sense that the other version of his character essentially ended last year.

 

wouldn't be at all surprised to see a Survior Series Goldberg-esque squash with an extra minute or two added on. play up that Brock is so checked out he doesn't take it seriously. superman punch, spear, spear, counter, spear. blah blah blah.
