And his next best feud (v Braun) is most memorable for him spitting blood out of his mouth and getting flipped over in an ambulance.

Pretty much every other feud he's had in between has killed momentum for that person (Rusev & US title, KO @ Roadblock/Rumble, Miz & IC title)

For me personally, it was never about the character so much as it was about the universe and unique style of storytelling that made the Broken gimmick work so much. The rest of the family and their pre-recorded segments were entertaining and a nice change of pace from the normal presentation of wrestling. WWE is trying to mold Matt's gimmick into WWE's style. We're just getting an endless series of Matt laughing and catchphrases. Completely takes away from what made him/the Hardy's popular in TNA.

Rewatching the Rousey segment... bahaha what a disaster. Rousey needs a Hayman like maanager because she cannot be on the mic.

I thought the women's chamber match was solid though btw. I actually have no complaints really. At this point it doesn't even bother me that Alexa went over cause the wwe can't tell a decent story with Sasha and Bailey to save their life so they might as well just continue to run with the best mic talker (aka do nothing)

 

Rousey’s promo was very unscripted and I think she was just overcome with some emotion - she’ll be fine

 

things im excited about for raw after last night:

-what should be a fascinating build to an eventual brokedick cena/taker match

-kurt acting like a doofus

-ronda doing anything that isn't talking


thats about it. must be wrestlemania season

 

are they really going to try and sell this Reigns/Lesnar match as a "3 years ago he let it slip through his fingers and has been crawling back since"? You know that's the narrative that Vince though would be $$$.

 

the people calling roman/rock next year honestly scare me
