Yeah, when I really think about it, going public could influence the other party to try to reach a settlement or something.

 

going public, if anything, will invalidate any shot at a settlement. she has aired her story and if she were to go to court it would be thrown against her ruthlessly.

 

it's too complex/would require too much possibly identifying info, but (being as vague as possible) when other people like you and that's in the way of someone's goals, it's an easy way to get you out of the picture and destroy something you put 8 years of your life/theonly thing you could be passionate about into.

Conspiracy time:

WWE still hasn't explained why Enzo was removed from MMC for being "sick with the flu", even though his match was far later. Anyone know when the original police investigation started? Could WWE have gotten wind of the investigation, pulled Enzo from the MMC so that if it did get made public, they could suspend him without throwing a wrench in the tournament, but held off on suspending him in case no one caught wind of the story?

 

so is raw 7 to 11? or is still the 7 to 10 timeslot but preshow on the network at 6?

 

the latter, same timeslot as normal with a preshow an hour prior.

 

I think it's 7:00 - 8:00 pre-show on the Network and 8:00 - ~11:00 on USA. Those are EST.

holy fuck that makes so much sense. The "sick with the flu" story was always clearly bullshit IMO, because it made no sense. The hospital had no problem releasing him that night and it was WWE who told him he wasn't going on TV, and if he actually was really sick, they could have held off on his MMC match for a few weeks.


but the counter to that would be that if the investigation at that time had already reached the point that WWE had knowledge about it (or if Enzo told them that there was going to be an investigation), then why is this just coming to light now? That's the only hole in that chain of events.
