On TV ratings??? Idk they are reported every week. Smackdown is more between 2.0 and 2.5 I believe actually.

 

I believe the more people who watch your program the more money you make from advertisers. I am way over my head with this stuff, just trying to use some common sense.

EDIT: Or rather the more WWE can charge more for advertising, because of their solid weekly ratings.

 

Or FOX charges for the ads. My head hurts.

sure. but the point remains, despite their solid weekly ratings, unless they go up, Fox will still need to generate ad revenue that exceeds a dollar per viewer. that seems very optimistic to me

 

FPW is so fun u guyz. it's a blast to have unlimited finishers but having the AI counter every single one of them 95% of the time unless you have done some real damage or worked the affected limb enough. and those 5% times you hit out of the gate is so satisfying. i've had more fun mashing finisher attempts against my roommate in FPW than most 2k games

while the pc version is still absolutely the way to go, the ps4 version isn't really absurdly more expensive - they raised the pc version price to $30 and the ps4 edition includes the njpw story mode and wrestlers which is separate paid dlc on steam (if it ends up being $20, then the two are equally priced). there's also supposed to sharing of custom stuff on ps4 too which isn't going to be as convenient as steam workshop but will do the trick hopefully.

that being said i already own it on steam and the game is excellent and runs on literally any pc ever so buy it people

 

i thought Henry's post said DLC isn't included but i'm too lazy to go back

i got in on early access, i forgot about the price hike. PS4 workshop is gonna prob suck unless they allow image uploads too.

 

It’s awesome that WWE landed a massive deal for a show anchored by AJ Styles Daniel Bryan and Shinsuke Nakamura

 

Pretty safe bet that come 2019 Smackdown will not be anchored by them

 

there are 3 additional dlc packs besides the initial story mode/njpw stuff that aren't included.

 

Don’t worry. By next year it’ll be anchored by Cena, Reigns and Brock once every six weeks

yep. a manager/"fire promoter" mode, a njpw junior heavyweight story mode (with some njpw juniors, rumored to be 11) and a third unannounced mode.

 

The PC mods that basically create that mode are brilliant.

 

ugh. i'll buy it but i shouldn't, it was heavily implied to be included as a free update if i remember.

oh yeah? i haven't looked at new mods in months, i'll have to look into it

Yeah there's management of the world and match of the week mods that are great.

 

i've always gotten the impression it was going to be paid (or at least fans/reddit have always talked about it like it was going to be paid dlc) but it was also supposed to be out in like january. definitely check out some of the fan mods, there's some good stuff out there that should satisfy your needs though i'm excited to see how they expand with the official mode.
