4/6 here, had the same issue with missing one letter and it could be plenty. got lucky.

A lot on my newsfeed are 5/6 and 6/6 with the same missing letter

 

Huh and here i thought today was an easy one. 3/6

 

easy, if you pick the right common letters. If you miss one, and need to fill 1 spot, there could be a lot of rhyming words, or similar words with the missing letter

 

First 2/6 today! Now I have at least 1 of every # of tries

My first word of Steak helped tremendously. Still took me a little bit to figure out the placement of everything

 

It just forgot my stats, but I had to refresh to be able to play today as well. 6/6

 

this is exactly what happened to me, I went from shade to shape to shake, 5/6

 

Got it in 4/6, but yeah, you could easily burn a lot of guesses on that fourth letter. Quordle has taught me it’s a lot better to get strategic in those situations and guess words with lots of the letters that COULD be the letter you’re looking for, to avoid the frustration.

Case in point, my guesses today were:

SOARE
SHAME
PLUCK
SHAKE

 

Hard Mode. Wimp. Go big or go home.

 

I don't even know what that is.

 

Oh, sorry then!

Hard Mode makes you use the letters you KNOW in the next words, so if you know the letter Z is in it, you have to use that letter on all your next guesses....

 

Ah, gotcha.

That seems...stupid? I feel like the fun of the game is puzzling it out, not just guessing small letter variations and hoping for the best.

 

6/6 today. Finally landed on SHAKE after guessing SHAPE and SHAVE

 

Yep, this is almost exactly what mine looks like as well. A very, very obnoxious 6/6 (and it still was a 50/50 guess for the last one!). But at least it only took less than a minute

 

Never say the world doesn't play fair though (at least when it comes to silly daily games). Got the Globle in 2 and the Worldle in 1. Cool

Exactly the same for me. Down to my last guess and it was between two possible words.

Except before my final guess, I was literally in the middle of stating that I had a 50/50 shot when my fiancee interrupts me and flips her phone around to show me that she got it in two guesses and spoiled it. Haha. I mean, come on. Had I been able to finish my sentence, she would have heard me say that I wasn't done yet.

Also I just realized quordle is 9 guesses, not 8. I solved it again! 3 days in a row. 5, 6, 7, and 9 (well, I guess 6, 5, 7, 9 reading from left to right and top to bottom)

 

Took me 5 for globle, Got ot the right area on my second guess and then guessed all the countries around it before I got it lol

Also got Worldle in one. Knew that shape immediately.

 

Got all 4 in the Quordle again: 6, 7, 9, 8

 

You should work on your anger issues.

 

the one good thing was today was I think the first time this and Taylordle could theoretically be the same and it helped me get Taylordle faster haha
