    So assuming that this weekend...

Landed in Paris 6:00pm local time. Tickets acquired for tomorrow’s match. Ready to see the USA show up big time.

Quite a statement from England tonight. Still look a bit shaky at the back but Haughton is an absolute colossus. The energy from the forwards to still be pressing in second half stoppage time was great. Top finish from Bronze who was outstanding tonight. White is so impressive as well. Scott had a great game too. Can’t wait for tomorrow nights game. If we get better still we’ll be more than a match for whoever we face in the semis.

Having to work through the game tomorrow is gonna suck. And by that I mean I’ll get no work done for refreshing Twitter on my phone.

That thunder bolt from Bronze was a thing of beauty. Norway should have known better than to give her the space to do it. It's not even the first time she's done it to them. :crylaugh:

    I do not exist.

I was more impressed by them than in previous games. Great performance.

I think being underdogs against USA or France will suit them.

England shouldn’t be an underdog against either. They’re the freshest of the three by a wide margin thus far into the tournament...and get the added bonus that today’s match is gonna be a slugfest.

I don't know about that. "Freshness" is no substitute for quality. Everyone is an underdog against the USA because they're the best team by far.

Yes let’s go with the lineup that barely beat Spain with two iffy PK goals.

Awful refereeing, the US get away with everything. Should have some yellows by now.

France didn’t look great in that first half. Early goal knocked the stuffing out them. They’re having plenty of possession though so I’m sure the big chances will come in the second half.

Pretty boring game. Need a France goal to liven things up. Really struggling to create anything.

France look terrible but I can't see anyone stopping USA. Maybe German just cos it's Germany although I've missed all their games so I'm not sure how well they're playing.
