The Turnover records have really impressed me

 

He really has had an insane run.
Only really don't like his production on the second balance album
Everything has been pretty damn good

 

It's important to note that he didn't mix that album, just produced it.

 

He had some pretty legitimate criticisms back in the day but I think somewhere around Rooms of the House, people started coming around to him. Basically everything since then has just been getting better.

 

I love everything he's done, for the exception of the two most recent Anthony Green records. Something with the way he mixed his voice I don't really like. But the new Circa songs (and Anthony) sound great!

 

The new citizen single sounds great too

 

i still think pale horses is probably his best work. that and rooms, maybe keep you as well

Let's not forget the newest Eisley record

 

That whole record was recorded in Max + Sheri's living room and garage with Yip and then mixed (and maybe mastered?) by him. He made it sound like it was tracked at Studio 4 which I find impressive. Plus it's just a great album.

Haven't heard the TJ record. If we're counting Slow Heart from B&C then that probably goes at the top tbh, I love that EP

edit: looks like he worked on the Code Orange record this year, which I also have not heard.

Oh yea he did that code orange lp.

 

I've only heard Spin and After the Party from him this year but After the Party is definitely the better album. Wish he'd have pushed TJ to vary the songwriting more, since that's the role he seems to take

And I really like As You Please. Top 3 are definitely in my AOTY top 10, SPIN might sneak in there too.

 

Dang, shout out to this guy. Just occurred to me that the Code Orange Grammy nom also goes under Will's belt. Hopefully it opens some doors for him.

 

Working with La Dispute again right now. Squeal.

 

I genuinely really enjoy almost everything Will does to be honest.

 

Oh shit, looks like Superheaven is playing at Wills holiday party thing

 

He posted a picture of their custom fuzzrocious pedal and I literally turned to my roommate and said "Superheaven is gonna play a show soonish." and now here we are hahaha
