I canceled as well. The waitlist thing was weird and when I logged in I didn't even have a cancel option until it randomly showed up after refreshing the page throughout the day. The phone # they list for help 888-512-SHOW doesnt work and routes you to their email support. Not to mention a girl on Twitter posted the convo where she reached out for help and was sent a dick pic from the ticket company's manager. And this isn't even factoring in the logistics of the show itself. Just couldn't go through with it despite wanting to push past the negativity and just see a once in a lifetime lineup

 

This rollout is weird, it just is. I feel like this thing should have been two days with that many bands and that's it. Ya know, like a normal festival with this many bands ?
