Note: I have it on good authority that Will is not playing with FenixTX at WWWY. Which, seems a little weird the band is leaving out.

I never read the story of their breakup. Tumultuous to say the least so I wouldn't be surprised

Yeah I was gonna say… Aren’t they pretty much Will’s band? At that point, if he’s not in, it’s just a cover band lol

 

I did VIP last year and it was very well worth it. Going from stage to stage knowing you’re going to have a great spot regardless made seeing everyone I wanted (minus overlaps obviously) an easy decision.

Side note, Fenix TX changed their profile picture on FB. Maybe they will announce something soon.

 

How is the checkout process on this with the payment options etc ? They do PayPal or is it their own interface with payment options? Just trying to prepare myself definitely wanna try and take my wife out to it I think it be a fun weekend for us she’s never been to Vegas.

 

Where or how are you guys hearing about Fenix TX singer?

My cynical guess? They haven't mentioned it yet because it eliminates any interest people might have in them doing shows. But I hope that's just me being cynical and they do the right thing.

 

You're saying they're hiding the fact from promoters to or? At this point they're on the bill. They got their $$$

 

I'm not sure what they are or are not hiding from promoters. And I really doubt WWYF cares. They got the name on the poster, after all...

But I definitely think Fenix TX isn't going to go out of their way to share the info with fans. Because all interest goes out the window.

Of course, that's my assumption. And I'm saying that knowing there's still people who pay money to see "Black Flag" and "Dead Kennedys." Hah.

 

They opened up more Day 1 travel packages, including VIP! I just booked one. FYI in case anyone was trying for Day 1 still.
