Whenever I see Commit This to Memory in a record store, I put it near my butt and fart

 

What song do you have stuck in your head? I think it's a great album, but it may not be on a ton of EOTY lists just because of how early in the year it was released.

 

The indie movie The Squid and the whale makes such perfect use of the song Hey You by Pink Floyd. I need to rewatch that movie sometime. The funny thing is it's only 3 minutes longer than the Gang of Youths album which for a movie 80 minutes is quite short haha

 

I still haven't played POST-

do you guys love "making of" documentaries as much as i do?? if you could have a "making of" doc on any album, which would it be?

i'd love documentaries on the making of Slip by Quicksand, Clarity by Jimmy Eat World, IV by Toto, and Private Eyes by Hall and Oates.

ya. Tom actually still sings at all the live shows, hes backstage so noone can see him and I lip sync. we thought it would be more interesting that way. i don't know why
