I like him. I met him a few years ago when my wife and I were protesting ASARCO (the copper smelter they were trying to reopen in el paso by bribing the TCEQ).

he's not perfect, but he's very good for a texas democrat.

I would love for him to win and actually have adequate representation of the people of the state of texas.

It would also be great for El Paso to have someone that knows that city and it's relationship to the border/mexico instead of all the fear mongering from cornyn and cruz.

he was also in a band with cedric from ATDI/TMV when they were at El Paso, HighSchool called Foss. they were ....not good.

Actually was the singer of Boys Like Girls shockingly enough. Wiki says a full length is coming this year(just has 4 singles currently)

First album: I’d say definitively yes
After that: No

 

BLG’s first two albums were really good, third was uneven with some great tracks

 

But the general forum is only fights about potatoes.

 

First one is pretty dang good I agree. Second didn’t grab me except a couple tracks

 

I know what I’m giving @Larry David next time I get paired with him in CMCS or he wants me to listen to something lol

 

Their first album was decent imo

 

I mean only slightly about average tho. Never listened to any of their other stuff. @Larry David that track you shared was pretty good.
