The Bat Fangs album seems fun, and it's only 25 minutes.

What's good on the heavy side that's out today? I still have a few releases I need to catch up on from last week (Agrimonia, Hooded Menace, Mammoth Grinder, Primal Rite, Tribulation).

 

Genocide Pact
Broken Cross
Spite (black metal)

Not sure if any of those will be up your alley, but that's what is on my list for today's releases. Genocide Pact leaked like 2 months ago, and it's great. But again, I'm not sure mid-tempo, mosh-ready death metal is your style. I've heard good things about the other two, but I can't attest to what they sound like at the moment.

 

Cool, will check them out. I generally prefer death metal to black metal, but I don’t dislike all black metal. I also prefer my heavy music to have a bit of groove to it and not always be technical, but a bit of that is fine too.

Here are two tracks off Bat Fangs. A good RIYL is probably Sheer Mag, but I haven’t listened to the full album.

 

This Don Broco album is....interesting.

 

Oh and there’s a Nando’s near where my wife does yoga on the weekends so she picks it up for lunch sometimes. I may have her do that tomorrow!
