I am completely shocked at FYS not playing "Heroes". Insane

 

I thought FIR wasn't being streamed? I'm not complaining though I actually like them

 

FIR can get a super huge crowd but State Champs can't? This makes me sad...

Pretty meh set, didn't sound that great either. Wish they'd cut a song for Heroes, weird seeing them not play that. Definitely a band I can skip this summer.

 

Anyone get any of the WTK setlist?

 

I can see why people like Ronnie Radke but I also cannot believe people actually like this band.

 

Honestly how can anyone chant for douchebag Ronnie anymore? This is really bad.

2:00 - Vanna (Would probably honestly just wait to get as close as I could for SC)

5:10 - With Confidence (Would probably leave early to catch next set)
5:30 - Tonight Alive (the girl I'm going with' main reason for going)
5:50 - Like Pacific
6:15 - Knuckle Puck
7:00 - Cruel Hand
7:30 - Motionless in White

Seems like I would be at the Monster Stages a lot more than I thought I would be. Doing this shows me how much Sum 41 adds to the lineup for me. Without it this feels like a meh day.

 

God this is the skeeviest performance

 

I will never ever understand the hype for FIR. They are mediocre on a good day.

Probably because Ronnie has made himself a controversial "celebrity" in the scene. He gets a lot of attention cause of the shit he's pulled.

 

Hearing Ronnie sing is bad enough. Definitely don't need a backing track of it as well. Atrocious.

FIR is really just a fun, entertaining band in my opinion. I can see why people don't like them though

 

I want to smack him...in the face...with a shovel...multiple times.

Like I understand being famous for doing shitty things/being a shitty celebrity, but is it too much to ask to write good music if you're going to be an unbearable human being. I'm sorry but if anyone else in this scene threw 3 fucking mic stands into the audience injuring their audience they would not have this huge of a crowd, but because it's Ronnie it's just another thing to add to the list of scumbag things Ronnie has done. At least on the positive side of things it'll be easier to get to other stages during their set if this many people will be watching.

 

I can't believe people take this fucker seriously. Like this should be a complete fucking joke.

 

This is awful. Can't wait for LTJ to come on and blow these guys out of the water.

 

You know the mic stand thing isn't THAT big of a deal. Josh Scogin does it at '68 shows all the time. Someone just happened to get hurt with FIR. You can get just as hurt by a crowd surfer or a drumstick being tossed into the crowd.

 

Yeah, you typically get good music from these types but he hasn't come up with anything good since DIYLF. It perplexes me too man, I don't get how he has so many backers either. I think part of it is that a large portion of his fan base are overprotective 14 year-old girls that blindly support him.

 

Can't believe he's still milking that ETF album.
