Just made an offer for a copy of North for $200. It was set at $375, so no way they take it. But that’s the average price it has sold at and is still really expensive.

 

Holy shit, they accepted it. Now all I need is Leaving Through the Window.

Good luck with the search! I looked for years and I found somebody selling North and Leaving Through the Window for $250 combined. I jumped on that so fast but kept wondering if I was missing some small print about damage or missing items but it was all legit

 

This gives me hope for the Turnstile record I ordered from Australia earlier this year that also disappeared in the mail.

 

I saw five copies of Glow On at my local Newbury so I think they're finally readily available

This is awesome, you can definitely get some good deals when multiple albums are being bundled together. A couple years ago I got Sing the Sorrow and Decemberunderground for around $300. Definitely would not own them if I had to pay the going rate for each!

 

The crazy thing is they weren't even bundled as a single item, I just was able to get both at the same time from the seller. I should have worded that differently

But that is a good point about bundled discounts, usually when I've bundled I just save $5 shipping lol

 

That's even more impressive then! Yeah I've noticed if two or more fairly pricy records are being sold in a single listing they almost never go for as much as they would if listed separately. I've taken advantage of it a few times

 

I saw a copy of Nonstop Feeling on blue wax in the used bin at my local shop for like $15 back in 2019. Passed on it because I’ve never really cared for that record, but it makes me happy knowing how heavily the eventual buyer came up without even knowing it

 

Yea, I’m not holding my breath on finding one not insanely priced. There are a few on Discogs but none of them allow you to make an offer. Holding out for a repress.

finally after almost a year

 

I feel like I have two options as a challenge for this level. Set money aside each month specifically for it and then just let it rip and blow $400 or whatever it’ll be then. Or just be patient and await a repressing that’s may never come.

 

I feel like it will eventually be repressed. I have no evidence for that, but it seems like a lucrative record for someone to jump on and get the license for.
