Yep I’m just glad to own it. I remember when it came out on cd and I bought it at strawberries in orange CT and Greta signed that cd for me in 2015

 

Has anyone else noticed that heavy music is more like to be pressed at 45 rpm than other genres? Or am I making that up? Any guesses as to why? I know it can make for better sound quality but wouldn’t that be true for any genre?

If this is a dumb question please keep in mind that my understanding of physical science has not progressed since circa 8th grade lol, I do what I do because anything in STEM makes my head hurt

 

Quick question: Has anyone received their Thrice Alchemy Index repress vinyl that was promised by Vagrant to be shipping out in January? To date, I haven't seen any shipping notifications and was curious if others are in the same sad boat.

 

I received a shipping notification and it took about 2 weeks before it actually shipped. But I got mine back in January. hopefully yours shows up soon!

 

I’ve actually emailed them twice about it haha. They told me awhile ago that there were two shipments, one in January and the other in late February. When late Feb hit, I emailed again and they said they were waiting on the re-stock. I actually finally received a shipping notification on Friday so hopefully it arrives soon.

Just got my shipping notification today! They must've heard footsteps...lol

 

So I pre ordered the new Coheed album on Amazon. When I pre ordered, it was labeled as "color vinyl" and the photo used was of the electric blue variant. I just checked my order status and the color vinyl tag was removed and the photo is now just the cover art.
Anyone ever have an issue ordering a color vinyl on Amazon and receiving standard black?

 

I've only ever expected standard black when ordering from Amazon.

 

Yeah this change definitely made me uncomfortable, so I cancelled the order. Seems to be popping up on local store sites now, so I'll pre order somewhere else.

 

Told myself I was done buying vinyl for a few months, but after a few too many glasses of wine at dinner last night I ordered Coral Fang.

 

This has been the cause of most of my recent purchases.

 

Just got the new Drug Church record in the mail. Clear splattered with red, blue, yellow, and green came out better than I expected. Might post a picture later if I remember to
