Audio-Technica LP60X-BT Bluetooth Record Player

 

I have this in black and love it. I am in a smaller apartment so I don’t have space for a full set up and connect it to my sound bar. Works like a charm!

 

MOV records Repress are so good. Always crisp sounding

I might've already asked this in the thread, but I'm asking again. Has anyone upgraded the cartridge on their ATLP120? I'm currently using the Shure m97xE but I'm pretty sure it's wearing out (bought in 2014 or 2015 I think) and that cartridge is discontinued. I see a lot of people mention the Audio-Technica VM540ML/H but that seems a little steep at $290. The Ortofon Red at $99 sounds more in line with what I would like to pay and Amazon reviews mention people putting it on the 120 with noticeable improvement over the stock cartridge. Thoughts?

 

i need this advice too. I have a secondary player in the living room that’s an LP 60 from like 2015
