Big day today! Foxing delivered right on time this morning, and then i walked into my local record store hoping they’d have a copy of BSN and bam!

 

i found Tegan & Sara's Heartthrob on vinyl for $3 at my local record shop.

I'd say its been a good vinyl week

 

Spun BSN and Foxing today, which came Monday and yesterday respectively. Happy to finally own of my white whales, in addition to a AOTY contender for me.

 

Can you post a pic of the NMG red here or on insta? I wanted the bone white because it matched the artwork but it’s sold out and I usually buy red variants anyway haha which site did you get it from?

 

I got mine from vintage vinyl so that I could go see them on Tuesday... taking forever to get here.

 

I ordered a red from Bullmoose yesterday, so they are probably still in stock. I ran to my local during lunch yesterday and they were sold out which really surprised me even if the varient is only out of 500. I think these will go fast especially with all the positive buzz.

 

I looked at Bullmoose, but they were charging an arm and a leg.

I did, yeah. Some of the general pressings will be pretty easy to get back I think, just a pain. But it’s those /250s and stuff that really sting!

Was wondering if anybody had any tips as to where to find reasonably priced vinyl - Still priced horrendously in most places (Including Amazon)

It’s so weird how random records go up in value...like the Man of Steel soundtrack now goes for over double what it originally went for... kinda odd ha (it is a good soundtrack) but I guess it’s out of print for now
