Not to worry you into panic buying, but the first variant (Bloodshot) sold out recently. Currently the only other variant from the first pressing is the "Cherry Coke" splatter variant: Antibloom

 

There’s a magenta variant which seems to be widely available in the UK, not sure if it’s the retail variant in the US too but should be on Amazon etc

 

I love the look of the cherry coke, that's the one I went with.

I've never sold a record on discogs until this week and I didn't know about the seller fees. I'm salty because a $200 sale turned into $171.53

Plus it was international and I ate the $35 shipping cost

I’ve been revisiting the TrustCompany discography this month and I’d love Smartpunk to press all of them. Just a solid run of albums. Maybe they are hitting right now because there’s no new music yet, but I’m enjoying them more than I did when they came out. Haha.

 

That’s how I picked up Fountains Of Wayne’s “Welcome Interstate Managers” a few months ago.

As predicted, the Tortured Poets Anthology from Target’s eBay store came bent up and shipped in a bag. I may try and return it to Target with my online order receipt.

I don't think I ever gave their last album (Dreaming in Black and White) a fair listen back in the day. Those first two albums however.....so good. ESPECIALLY The Lonely Position of Neutral. God what a classic. I remember actually calling into my local radio station to request Downfall and highschool me was over the moon. Dudes voice is something and you're right, it still holds up today. I'll have to give the last album a listen now.

 

Saw them once at the Rock Hall hall for $5 for MTV back in the day. I remember that being a lot of fun.

Wife got me a U-Turn Custom and a new set of speakers for Christmas and I set them up last night. Haven't had a working record player in almost a year and felt so good to jump back in. Listened to 5 completely different albums to help dial in the EQ: Pet Sounds, Talking Heads '77, The Tortured Poets Department, Weezer Ok Human, Slipknot We Are Not Your Kind.
