Probably not gonna go for any RSD exclusives so no lining up for me but I'll be visiting a couple stores later today after going to see Spy x Family with some friends

 

I got The Japanese House, Militarie Gun, and the Hard Times / Talking heads release but somehow missed out on Re: This is Why which is what I wanted the most. Anyone know where more copies might go up online later today or this weekend?

 

I usually get anything I miss from Bull Moose. Their stuff usually goes up early Sunday morning

 

Wasn't able to head out this morning, if anyone sees a place online to snag the Team Sleep LP: let a fella know

 

Mail day yesterday. Taylor arrives later today.

 

Grabbed lunch and a beer afterwards at a bar next door to the record store and ran into some people who had been there since 5 pm last night, the community is wild lol

 

I spent too much money… excited to have the black breath box set though amongst other things

Pretty successful rsd for me, wife went looking for anthology so I made a list and decided to see how it went ha. Passed on a couple but didn’t wanna break the bank. Only ones I didn’t even see were the offspring and Sabrina.

 

Nothing caught my attention this year, but I did find a promotional CD copy of The Matches’ A Band In Hope lol

 

If any of you lovely folks see the Death Cab live album out in the wild today, you mind grabbing me one? I'll pay and send you virtual hugs or something ❤️

 

Only one I missed was The Japanese House but stoked from today!

 

Heading to Rough Trade now for that free show they’re putting on. Hopefully there’s still a copy of Death Cab left.

2nd year in a row I've struck out on The 1975.

Wasn't a lot I wanted this year, but did grab the Paramore/David Byrne split and The Weeknd Live at SoFi.

Would've picked up the Filter set if I could've found it anywhere, too, but that was one is surprisingly rare.

Was able to get the 1975, death cab, Paramore, the hives, the Japanese house, and both Noah releases. Very stoked.

 

Did I just splurge and order a copy of The 1975 on eBay? Yes.

Probably the cheapest it's ever going to be, especially given the prices of the one last year.

 

Zia is usually worth checking the day after. I also just left Music Millennium in Portland and they had sooooo many copies still, just not sure how soon after RSD they list stuff online

 

My local Bull Moose had tooooons of RE: This is Why, so I'd expect them to be available online there, too!

The score this morning after waiting for 4 hours.

Stars, Team Sleep, HORSE the Band and the Noah/Olivia single. (ordered The 1975 off Discogs cause fuck it)

My co worker went to line up at a mall to try and get the Noah/Olivia single for his daughter and he snagged me Noah Kahan's album and The Weeknd.

A friend of mine went to her local store and snagged me the Black Breath box set. So needless to say I had some help today.

I may try my chances elsewhere next year.
