Yeah I was watching the news last night and we're right on top of that section on the map between actual snow and the wintery mix. Good ol TX weather!

Are we the main target audience for adaptations though? For us, it’s a cool new way to experience something we know or be in the same world again. But for a lot of people, it’ll be the only way they’ll experience it. My 60 year old parents watched TLOU, but they sure as shit haven’t played or ever will play the games. Lol

I just don’t see the harm if it brings more attention to the franchise, which might bring new fans in and will bring more money in for them to give us more games. Will they botch most of them? Probably. But I’m just gonna be here hoping for the best personally and I’ll ignore them if they end up being crap. I just think it’s cool other people, that don’t play certain games or games at all, can get to have a somewhat shared experience with the stories we know.

Think I'm going to go through both TLOU games again, this time on survivor difficulty. Played on hard on first play through, but grounded mode seems like the kind of difficulty that I don't find fun lol.

 

the only trophies I have left for the second game are grounded and perma death and I’m really trying to decide whether I want to put myself through that or not haha
