We have all made some awful quality posts at times I'm trying to be better at practicing tolerance (outside of extremely strong instances)

Not necessarily "forgiveness" but just being like "eh I guess it doesn't matter that much" (as long as it actually doesn't matter that much)

Almost identically, my wife frequently tells me I'm annoyed/angry all the time and I tell her my general state is actually very happy, it's just that angering and annoying things keep happening repeatedly
