Nah it’s too long, not like I’ve been pumped for this game for ages and have been starved of actual conversation surrounding it because the discourse got hijacked by hateful grifters that turn everything to poison, better make a jab about how long of a post I made.

@sophos34 Enjoyed seeing your thoughts! I'm enjoying my time so far but I'm only about ~10 hours in and haven't really gotten to any side quests yet. I'm doing normal as far as difficulty goes and I thought maybe it was a little too easy but I think I'm finally made it past the introductory stuff and the difficulty finally spiked a bit. The last battle I did was pretty tough but I still was able to make it through without dying. Looking forward to playing more!

 

As someone who has been 'dunked on' for posting too long in general, just post your thoughts man. If the game has interest in here, it'll be read by someone. Others do their player log frequently, often posting just as long with a random assortment of games and thoughts so it's even less focused so there's plenty of lengthy thought posts in here. Sometimes people just won't be into the game and gloss over it, or suggest a dedicated forum for like it like Elden Ring / From Software has.

I'm always apt to read them as I'm always so far behind on games and reluctant to make whatever the next big game is my time / money priority.

I still haven't played space marines / wukong or Dragon Age yet :( And those are just the 3 most recent.

 

Anyone still playing Stellar Blade? I wish listed a while back and just found out there is a Nier Automata update coming.

Jedi Survivor is the most natural comparison to me, I get where the Nier comparisons come from in a lot of ways but when it comes to the gameplay loop and upgrade methods it feels VERY Jedi Survivor

 

Explain to me what’s funny or keeping being a miserable dick when someone posts thoughts about a game they enjoyed

 

Like this guy got supremely upset yesterday when someone dared to say gamepass didn’t have games they like on it and now they’re doing the “hehe you’re so mad” thing after being a dick because I made a long post about a game I like. Unbelievable

I am however absurdly miserable, I think I hate being a homeowner and I think I just broke my heating.

 

We broke our AC on July 4 week last year and it was miserable, the homeowner experience sucks sometimes. Also had to redo our main plumbing line. Both those things combined were at least $40k. We have to redo our front yard but I'm putting it off as long as I can

 

Once this ridiculous loan is paid though we'll be set, I don't think I'm going to move from this house (at least not for a long long time)
