Unleashed 2 is fantastic and, dare I say it, underrated, bc I feel like it does not get talked about enough. It improves what Unleashed 1 had flaws on and adds more cool things to the mix.

Yeah, I think I have some rheumatoid condition that causes random tendons to become painful and swollen and sometimes the pads of my fingers will do it too, which my thumb and index finger did yesterday. I haven't gotten it checked out because it only last for like 2-3 days and it hasn't happened in months.

 

That sucks to hear. I feel like that's definitely something you should have checked out.

 

I plan to at some point but it's probably something I have to get blood tested while I'm having a flare up and that's impossible to predict and hard to schedule with a 10-6 job. I was close to doing it a couple years ago but then it just stopped happening for like a year.

 

As someone that deals with severe pain 24/7, do it asap however you can. It's better to start the process now than wait until it possibly gets worse. It could take weeks or months if you need to see some new doctor for the first time, if you're sent to this specialist or that specialist for it. I just know how long the process for this shit can be, especially when half the doctors will think you're full of shit until they're proven wrong. See if you can find an office that is open late on certain days. My primary stays as late as 8pm on Mondays every week, so it's possible someone near you does. But again, it's just better to start getting at least checked out and get the ball rolling. Just my recommendation though. Hope it gets better!

 

Found this older dungeon crawler game on steam. It has a very nice cozy and immersive atmosphere. It is simple and fun and really quickly makes you feel like you're going on an adventure. It feels similar to the dark souls games in the adventure aspect but it is not so in terms of difficulty and WOW is that refreshing. Its a fantastic fantasy sim honestly and you

Oh I know, I want to do it, it is just a matter of timing and I just need to get myself to do it. I’m a physical therapist so I know chronic pain is a bitch and hard to manage. Fortunately, it hasn’t been a persistent issue but I do want get ahead of it.
