It kept getting swept under the rug because of how excited people got for the game and because of gamer culture as usual unfortunately.

 

It's a shame people can't just not be dicks.

 

Cult of the Lamb is so fun. I think I have about twenty runs and I'm on day fifty-something. And I've had about thirty followers, about half of whom have either died or been sacrificed haha. I'm playing on "normal," the combat isn't too bad for the most part; or at least, it doesn't get too hard until you try returning to any biome you've "completed"
