Astro Bot saved me

 

While it’s not my type of game it does look kinda cool

Awful name, interesting game

 

Just got home. Astro Bot looks fucking incredible. I’ll be grabbing a copy as soon as I get my hands on a PS5 Pro (hopefully) later this year. I really hope it sells well so Team Asobi can keep making them. The world needs a 3D platformer resurgence

 

This sounds cool but the free to play part is a little suspect

 

I got to the glacial area and then I realized how underleveled my weapons are so time to grind that out a bit

 

That being said, in addition to Astro Bob, I’m fairly confident that Toys For Bob are working on a new Spyro game, Playtonic are working on the next 3D Yooka-Laylee game, and The Plucky Squire (kind of a 3D platformer anyway) should be out this year. That’s a pretty good start.

 

this happened to me last night. I have not been picking up enough fragments or destroying guns I don’t want for them.

 

Player's Log: Rusty Lake

So I finished part two of Paradox, and watched the short film.

I'd actually finished the game before, but I never watched the film, and as a live-action version of what the Rusty Lake games are like, it does a really good job. Not the kind of thing I think I could watch a whole series of if the company was so inclined, but as a companion piece to the game, it's very effective, and David Bowles does a good job selling Dale's confusion mixed with resignation.

It also is cool how it ties into the game, and gives you a new perspective on the events unfolding. It's still not 100% clear what's going on at any given moment, but there is a sense that the series is trying to lead toward somewhere.

Anyway, tomorrow I'll tackle The White Door.

 

Do Toys For Bob have the Crash and Spyro licenses still now that they're independent?

 

As a heads up, the weapons chest in that area always give like level 3/4 guns and harpoon tips. I’d invest more in the air tank and suit depth first and then go after upgrading the weapons.

 

Nope, Microsoft/Activision still own them, but it’s been said they’ve partnered with Xbox for their next game and many believe it to be Spyro, which I assume at this point would be multiplatform which is great.

 

Alright I’m on mission 9 of 13 in doom 2016 hoping to finishing tonight I talked my older brother into downloading it on his ps4

 

yeah all my guns and knifes are level 1 so it takes too long to do stuff lol

noted. I just hate having to look around plus I didn’t realize I gotta upgrade the hush gun to get the fish to 3 star level

all this time I’ve been killing everything in sight

 

I stumbled upon the starting point of the Godzilla DLC and those first few missions were sick

I completely forgot to download the Dredge DLC so I did that really quickly

I completely hate the GYAO! game especially the constant notifications whoever thought of that makes me sad lol

 

The tranquilizer guns are really good too. I think most guides recommended getting one of those out of all of the guns. You can get 3 stars with those too

Just watched the full 13 minute Silent Hill 2 Remake gameplay showcase. As someone who adores SH2…. I’m fucking stoked. That looked so good!

 

Started Rise of the Ronin. Enjoying it so far
